Shipping & Delivery

Shipping & Handling Charges
Shaklee calculate shipping based on your total product purchase (excluding tax, shipping & handling).

  • For orders under AUD 199, a flat shipping fee of AUD 12 applies.

  • For orders of AUD 199 or more, you qualify for free shipping – yes, free postage anywhere in Australia.

Order Processing Time
We promptly process orders. orders placed before 2:00 pm AEST are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and major public holidays.

  • Note: During peak periods (e.g. the 28th–5th of each month) or holidays, processing delays may occur.

Delivery Time
We aim for all orders to reach you within 5 to 7 business days from the order date.

  • “Business days” are Monday through Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.

  • Large orders may ship in multiple parcels and arrive on different days.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Shipments are handled via Australia Post or other trusted courier services.

  • All shipments include tracking. You can check status via your account (Order History → “Track”).

Address & Delivery Instructions

  • Yes, we deliver to rural areas and PO Boxes. 

  • Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once dispatched, we generally cannot re-route packages.

  • If no one is available to receive the parcel, couriers or Australia Post may leave a collection card / re-delivery instruction.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship only to addresses in Australia and New Zealand.

  • We don’t support shipping to freight forwarders, package forwarding services, or international addresses beyond our operational regions.



Returns & Refunds

Consumer Rights / Australian Consumer Law
Under the Australian Consumer Law, your purchase comes with certain guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a product has a major failure, you’re entitled to a refund, replacement, or compensation for reasonable loss. For non-major issues, you may be entitled to replacement, or refund.

Change-of-Mind Returns
If you simply change your mind, we may accept returns or exchanges at our discretion under the following conditions:

  • You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the goods.

  • The product must be in unused, unopened, resalable condition, with all original packaging intact.

  • Return shipping is your responsibility (unless otherwise stated).

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If the product is faulty, damaged during transit, or not what you ordered:

  1. Contact us immediately (ideally within 7 days) and provide photos / description of issue.

  2. We may request that you return the item for inspection.

  3. We will refund or replace the item.

  4. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Return Authorization & Process

  • For returns (change-of-mind or faulty), you must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from us. Email: Australia@Shaklee.com

  • Clearly mark the RA number on the returned package.

  • Pack items securely in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, etc.

  • Use a trackable shipping method to return the product.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of acceptance and process your refund or replacement.

  • Shaklee reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the conditions above.
