Apply generously to clean, dry skin 15–20 minutes before sun exposure.

Reapply every two hours, and after swimming, sweating, or towel drying.

Don’t skimp—a typical adult needs around three teaspoons of sunscreen for exposed skin when wearing shorts and a t-shirt.
